Music and media assets are hard to price and compare. A royalty catalog, a streaming platform and a podcast network each have different cash flows, rights and risks. The Deal Desk on this site gives investors and rights owners one place for the early steps of a deal.

What we are building
A deal desk with five parts: a searchable Deal Screener, a Catalog Valuator, a Waterfall Modeler, a Diligence Desk and a Memo Desk with AI help. The Screener, Valuator, Waterfall Modeler and Diligence checklist run in your browser and keep data on your device. AI tasks send your text to Cloudflare Workers AI, which does not store it.
Vision
To be the clearest, most trusted place to evaluate digital media and music assets, so capital reaches the creators and platforms that deserve it. The long-term aim is a transparent method for pricing media rights that small funds and independent rights owners can use as well as large institutions.
Business model
The desk is free while it is in early access. Revenue comes from the investment side: management fees and performance participation on media and music vehicles, plus advisory work for rights owners. Later options include sponsored research briefs and a downloadable pro toolkit.
